Hello everybody, we´re back! Not back home, but back in Sweden.
We left Copenhagen last Friday and brought Micke and Kathrine along for the day. We cruised up the Danish coast in 6 knots. The waves grew and the boat tilted a little too much for our guests taste, they even tried out the chewing gums for seasickness we had on the boat. Not sure that they worked though 😉

But on the positive side we arrived at the Vedbæk harbour early for lunch! We made our own version of smørrebrød as a picnic in the sun, then went into the village for some icecream and found a guest flag in the shop for the next country on our list – Norway.
We then continued on our own heading over to the night harbour, on the island Ven. It was beautiful! We arrived just in time to make some dinner and bring it up to the church on the hill and enjoy the sunset with a beer.
The day after we were back on the west coast again, having lunch with Jens old mentor when he worked at Assa in Råå and then heading north and dropping the anchor outside Höganäs.
Jens got up early to set the sails since we had an important next stop on our journey – Grötvik outside Halmstad meeting one of my oldest friends Anna-Karin and seeing her little son for the very first time! They helped us buy some fenders and other stuff we needed for the boat (Thank you!) and we had some swedish fika on the pier in the evening only lit by candles.
Now we are in a harbour outside Falkenberg and have some more stops to complete on the west coast before we go abroad again. So please tell us – which are your favourite spots on the west coast?!?
Good night from Lövstaviken!
